	Dwan Pickens, Education Specialist BS—Baylor University (Secondary Education—Math and Spanish) Dwan Pickens has taught for twenty-seven years in both public and private schools in the Waco area. The last thirteen years of her career were spent at Axtell High School, where she also taught Spanish by distance learning to various school districts in the region. She is also certified in ESL.
